U.S. Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 464 march in formation and salute the oncoming, outgoing, and previous commanding officers of HMH-464, during a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, Feb. 16, 2024. The ceremony represented a transfer of responsibility, authority, and accountability from Lt. Col. Eben Buxton, a native of Virginia, to Lt. Col. Justin Carrel, a native of Alabama.
