The 20th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sgt. Maj. Carlos Ruiz, observes a presentation on the total-fitness pillars during a tour of the 2nd Marine Logistics Group Human Performance Center on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 22, 2024. Sgt. Maj. Ruiz visited the Human Performance Center to gain insight on how all domains of Marine Corps Total Fitness are integrated in the program and participated in a lance corporal town hall, where he spoke to Marines about the importance of noncommissioned officer leadership and the life of the individual Marine.
