YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 21, 2024) Electrician’s Mate 3rd Class Max Arteaga, from Houston, reinstalls the cover to a solenoid operated pilot valve at an aqueous film forming foam station aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), while in-port Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Feb. 21.
