MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Feb. 25, 2024) Quartermaster 3rd Class Devairr McLaughlin, left, and Quartermaster 3rd Class Sema Smith, assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50), fasten line while hoisting up flags during maneuvering exercises in the Mediterranean Sea, Feb. 25.
