U.S. Army Cpl. Andrew Somerville, a wheeled vehicle mechanic, and U.S. Army Cpl. Giuseppe Conigliaro, an automated logistical specialist, with Task Force Paxton, Pennsylvania Army National Guard are promoted to the rank of specialist during a promotion ceremony held in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 15, 2024.. Somerville and Conigliaro were pinned by 1st Sgt. Madia Nieves, India Company, 328th Brigade Support Battalion first sergeant.
