The Professional Naval Chaplaincy Executive Board (PNCEB) was held at the Pentagon Library and Conference Center for a professional development off-site Feb. 21 to Feb. 23, 2024 in Arlington, Virginia.
Faculty from the College of Leadership and Ethics at the U.S. Naval War College spearheaded professional development sessions over the three day period. They crafted workshops aimed at equipping senior Religious Program Specialists and Chaplains with the tools needed to effectively tackle challenges encountered by the fleet.
The offsite presented a chance for religious ministry teams to establish trust, assess feedback for a genuine appraisal of their ongoing initiatives, and coordinate their future endeavors to cultivate more proficient, mission-ready religious ministry teams.
