Shoya Ikehara, a firefighter with the Urasoe City fire department, equips a Hazardous Materials suit during bilateral HAZMAT training in Urasoe City, Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 27, 2024. The departments conducted bilateral HAZMAT training to practice identifying chemical agents, rescue any known casualties, decontaminate individuals, and casualty triage.
