U.S. Marines assigned to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU) collaborate with members of the Royal Thai Army to erect a new education building at Ban Nong Yai School, Chon Buri, Thailand, Feb. 26, 2024, during Cobra Gold 2024. Joint exercise Cobra Gold is the longest running military exercises of its kind, and seeks to not only strengthen military interoperability among participating nations, but improve their coordinated efforts in providing disaster relief and humanitarian aid to the international community, while reaffirming the United States long-standing and valued friendship with the Kingdom of Thailand.
