TAMUNING, Guam (Feb. 28, 2024) - The Honorable Franklin R. Parker, assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, met with the Guam Memorial Hospital executive team, Feb. 28.
Parker is responsible for the oversight of manpower and reserve component affairs of the Department of the Navy, including the full spectrum of policy and programs for active duty, reserve, and retired military, their families and the civilian workforce.
During his visit, Parker was given a tour of the different departments throughout the hospital.
