Hungpyo Rucci, the deputy fire chief of U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys Directorate of Fire and Emergency Services, climbs a ladder on the back of a fire truck, Feb. 28, 2024, inside fire station one at Camp Humphreys. Rucci was recently named the U.S. Army Installation Management Command-Pacific, fire service instructor of the year.
