This operation was held in order to innovate how resupply missions are conducted with another availability on how that mission can be executed. Being able to resupply Soldiers with support equipment without having any Soldiers at risk of danger is an avenue the 10th Mountain Division is currently exploring to help innovate the current commander’s intent.
