Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead tours Pacific Beacon, the Navy's first large-scale housing privatization for single sailors. The facility, constructed of four 18-story towers, features a sky terrace rooftop pool and spa, stadium-style theater, fitness center, wi-fi cafe, two game rooms, dry cleaning valet, education center, technology resource center, continuous learning programs and seminars, running path, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and horseshoe pits.
