U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd class Dennis Johnson, a hospital corpsman with III Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion, III MEF Information Group, demonstrates the proper application of a Bolin chest seal during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care All Service Members training during Warrior Shield 24 on Camp Mujuk, Republic of Korea on Feb. 29, 2024. TCCC ASM is a 7-hour course for all service members that teaches TCCC concepts and lifesaving skills to render basic medical aid to a trauma casualty. Warrior Shield 24 is an annual joint, combined, exercise in the Republic of Korea that strengthens the combined defensive capabilities of ROK-U.S. U.S. Forces. This routine, regularly scheduled, field training exercise provides the ROK-U.S. Marines the opportunity to rehearse combined operations, exchange knowledge, and demonstrate the strength and capability of the ROK-U.S. Alliance. Johnson is a native of Pennsylvania. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Jeffrey Pruett)
