2 BN 25 Marines train on range 85 at JB MDL with the TOW heavy anti-tank missile weapon system firing at a 1400-meter target. The missile, with a two-stage solid propellant motor. allows the operator to view and track the target through the sight. Once the missile is fired, guidance signals from the guidance computer adjust the flight of the round until target impact. (Images provided by the USASA Fort Dix Training Division /Steven Roussel)
