The 597th Transportation Brigade played a supporting role during the exercise: Providing marine cargo, documentation, port management, and subject matter expertise for the deploying and redeploying units.

The vessel is operated by Army Mariners assigned to the 1099th Transportation Detachment, 7th Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary).
