James Palmer, an engineer assigned to I Corps, delivers a speech at the dedication ceremony for a new school building which was built as part of the Engineer Civic Assistance Program during joint exercise Cobra Gold 2024, at Wat Khok Khuean, Prachinburi, Thailand, Mar. 6, 2024.
