Jordan Silversmith, 36th Airlift Squadron evaluator loadmaster, awaits for the signal to drop Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) paratroopers over a drop zone for static-line jump training during Airborne 24, March 7, 2024, at Kikaijima Island, Japan. Airborne 24 involved approximately 300 JGSDF paratroopers, U.S. Army jumpmasters and six C-130Js.
