A Greek special operations forces (SOF) soldier performs pre-combat checks on his equipment before executing special reconnaissance (SR) with 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) near Nea Peramos, Greece, March 7, 2024. Greek SOF and 10th SFG(A) conducted SR to get positive identification of a target before requesting fire support. Exercise Trojan Footprint is the largest Special Operations exercise in the European theater and enhances combat readiness amongst participating Allies and partner nations, enabling them to respond rapidly to any threat.
