U.S. Army Paratroopers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division provide security using an M240 machine gun while training in an urban warfare environment as part of a series of human machine integration experimentation events at Ujen Village located at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif., during Project Convergence – Capstone 4, March 11, 2024.
PC-C4 is an U.S. Army-hosted Joint and Multinational experiment integrating modernization capabilities and formations through persistent experimentation at multiple echelons for the future operating environment from Feb. 23 – March 20, 2024. PC-C4 is a culmination of numerous preceding exercises, experimentations, and events to help transform the U.S. Army and ensure operational readiness.
