Kaiser, Stafford Country Sheriff's Office and with his certificate for graduating the Law Enforcement Basic 123 at Mary Washington University on Saturday. Kaiser, a Marine Corps captain and commanding officer for Security Battalion, completed more than 700 training hours to graduate from the course.
