Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Special events staff members threw a backyard weenie roast for teammates and families affected by the planned Black Start Exercise power outage at Fort Bliss, Texas, March 13, 2024. With help from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Team Bliss endured a support “stress test” and shut down main power sources to implement contingency operations.
