PC-C4 is an U.S. Army-hosted Joint and Multinational experiment integrating modernization capabilities and formations through persistent experimentation at multiple echelons for the future operating environment. PC-C4 comprises of more than 4,000 service members and civilians from multiple U.S. military branches and foreign allies, including Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, France and Japan.
