Bobby Whitlock, a civilian contractor instructor for CORE Recon and retired Army chaplain, leads an instructional course on the CORE Recon Digital Assessment Tool at Fort Campbell, Ky., March 01, 2023.
"Prior to retirement I was introduced to the principles of CORE Recon and felt like the tool that came along with that was a tool that the army needed,” said Bobby Whitlock, independent contractor with CORE Recon and retired Army chaplain. “I spent my last years in the Army trying to introduce it to commanders and leaders at every level.”
CORE Recon's mission is to train leaders from across the Army on how to use the CORE Recon Digital Assessment Tool independently in order to improve communication and team work within Army units.
