U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Spencer Peters, a developmental engineer with the Air Force Research Laboratory, prepares mobile medical documentation devices for use during Project Convergence Capstone 4 (PC-C4), Fort Irwin, Calif., March 16, 2024.
