Charles DeCesari, the camp director of Camp Schwab, gives a presentation about the history and roles of the installation on Okinawa, Japan, March 12, 2024. Students from a seminar in the Faculty of Liberal Arts at the University of Tokyo received a lecture about Camp Schwab’s community relations role in the local area, received a bus tour of the installation, and visited on base dining establishments.
