A grave for U.S. Navy Seaman Second Class Raymond D. Boynton is displayed during an interment ceremony held at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, March 20, 2024. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and other attendees paid their respects and honored the life of Boynton, who was assigned to the USS Oklahoma when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft during World War II. The USS Oklahoma sustained multiple torpedo hits, which caused it to quickly capsize. Boynton was accounted for on Dec. 22, 2020. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Jonathan McElderry)
