The Congressional Gold Medal, on display, is Congress's highest expression of national appreciation for distinguished achievements by individuals or institutions and will be presented by House Speaker Mike Johnson to WWII Ghost Army veterans, formerly assigned to the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops and the 3133rd Signal Service Company during a ceremony at the Emancipation Hall of the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center in Washington, D.C., March 21, 2024.
