New York Army National Guard Master Sgt. Steven Seidenstein, the former first sergeant of the 442nd Military Police Company receives a meritorious service medal presented by Capt. Keith Cohen, the company commander, during a ceremony recognizing the 442nd for winning the Fiscal Year 2023 Major General Harry H. Bandholtz Award at Camp Smith Training Site, near Peekskill, N.Y., March 23, 2024. The award was presented to the company for being the best MP unit in the U.S. Army National Guard and was presided over by Maj. Gen. Raymond F. Shields, the 54th Adjutant General of the State of New York. The 442D MP Co. is a company in the 104th Military Police Battalion, which is in the 369th Sustainment Brigade.
