He's preparing to identify debris from the channel floor using sonar. The US Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District is supporting the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) recovery and debris removal operation by assisting efforts for the clearing of the Fort McHenry channel following the March 26 collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
