20240326-N-AS200-1121 POINT MUGU, Calif. (Mar. 26, 2024) – Vice Adm. Scott Gray, commander, Navy Installations Command, visits Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu and Port Hueneme, Mar. 26. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
