An all-women flight crew which supported an all-women airborne operation of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division, in honor of International Women’s Day stands in front of a C-17 Globemaster III at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, March 7, 2024. Every member of the operation including jumpers, jumpmasters and air crew were women, making it the first all-female 11th Aiirborne operation in division history.
