The Rhine River Ramblers, an ensemble from the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Band and Chorus, perform during a NATO reception held at the U.S. Ambassador to Sweden’s residence in Stockholm, Sweden. The band was invited by U.S. Ambassador Erik D. Ramanathan to perform for a group of U.S. and Swedish dignitaries, including the Swedish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Tobias Billström. The Rhine River Ramblers performed as the backdrop to a momentous occasion at a NATO reception held at the U.S. Ambassador to Sweden’s residence. Amidst their performance, the esteemed U.S. Ambassador and the Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs delivered remarks affirming the crucial role of Sweden’s accession into NATO. The Stronger Together Outreach Tour is an annual initiative preceding the DEFENDER-Europe 24 exercise, demonstrating U.S. Army Europe & Africa’s commitment to the NATO Alliance and our global Partners. As part of this effort, the USAREUR-AF Band serves as a bridge to increase cultural ties and enrich the alliance between the U.S. and Sweden through music. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
