PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii – Diving team contracted under Dragados/Hawaiian Dredging/Orion Joint Venture exits the water for a diving changeover supporting the new Dry Dock 5 project at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility March 22, 2024.
