YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 1, 2024) - Master Chief Boatswain's Mate Jeffrey Brooks, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) chief of staff, cuts a cake with Matt Barnwell, Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) district vice president, Charlene DuBose, general manager, and Tamica Morris, store manager, during the NEXCOM 78th Anniversary event onboard CFAY. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
