U.S. Air Force Capt. Taylor “FEMA” Hiester, F-16 Viper Demonstration Team commander and pilot, performs tactical aerial maneuvers during the Heritage Flight Training Conference (HFTC) at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Feb. 29, 2024.
