(April 2, 2024) – Navy Junior Recruit Officer Training Corps cadets speak to the Navy’s Fleet Master Chief of Personnel, Manpower, and Training, Fleet Master Chief Delbert Terrell, at Del City High School, near Oklahoma City, April 2, 2024. Terrell, a Kingfisher native, visited the high school to discuss naval career opportunities and the benefits of serving in the Navy, as well as answer any questions about life in the military.
