240403-N-GC965-1136 SAN DIEGO (April 3, 2024) Greg Geisen, project manager, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Old Town Campus Revitalization Project, gives a project overview and tour to Ms. Nora Vargas, chairwoman, Board of Supervisors County of San Diego County Supervisor, First District, and her team. On January 9th, 2024, the Navy announced the selection of Manchester Financial Group/Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate as the potential master developer for the approximately 70.3-acre Naval Base Point Loma Old Town Campus (OTC). The potential redevelopment would bring additional economic benefits to the region through the construction and operation of new commercial, residential, and transportation facilities.
