KEKAHA, Hawaii (Mar. 7, 2024) Fire fighters from Lihue Airport prepare to extinguish flames from the live fire simulation on board Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands. Barking Sands Fire and Emergency Services hosted the Lihue Airport Fire Department for their Annual Live Fire Training Requirement. The training also incorporated a Mutual Aid Response from Barking Sands Fire and Emergency Services resulting in both departments engaging the Osprey Live Fire simulator simultaneously.
