YOKOSUKA, Japan (Apr. 5, 2024) — Naung Moreland, Regional Program Specialist for the American Red Cross and her associates cut a ceremonial ribbon with Capt. Les Sobol, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Command Master Chief Dennis Hunt, CFAY command master chief during the grand re-opening celebration for the American Red Cross Yokosuka office. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
