Ricky Gibbs, a native of Austin, Texas, who serves as the commander of Multi-National Division – Baghdad's 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, tours a waste treatment facility in southern Baghdad's Abu T'shir region with Brig. Gen. Mike Milano, the deputy commanding general for the 4th Infantry Division and MND-B, in southern Baghdad's Abu T'Shir region. The brigade has spent more than $200 million on quality-of-life improvements since arriving in February 2007.
