Military working dog (MWD) Max searches for training aids during detection training at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Camp Lemonnier's MWDs are the frontline of defense for force protection efforts, providing threat detection, deterrence and detention support for the installation. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed to ensure security and protect U.S. interests.
