Jason Kranz, chief staff officer, Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), center, delivers remarks during the commemoration for the newly constructed Victoria Gate onboard NBVC Port Hueneme. The gate will be open to installation operations April 08, 2024. NBVC is a strategically located naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
