Scientists, technologists, military members, and Department of Defense civilians attended the Requirements Summit at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, from March 26 to 28, 2024. USARPAC Deputy Commanding General Lt. Gen. James B. Jarrard attended to summit to understand the effort between operational units, requirements developers, experimentation planners, and the acquisition community to strengthen (USARPAC) capabilities.
