ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 7, 2024) Sailors assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) secure an AV-8B Harrier, assigned to the “Blue Knights” of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 (reinforced), during flight operations, April 7, 2024. Wasp is training and operating in U.S. 2nd Fleet’s area of operation and is the flagship of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group- 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Naval integration provides combatant commanders and America’s civilian leaders highly-capable forces that deter adversaries, underpin American security and economic prosperity.
