The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Harriet Lane (WMEC 903) and crew prepare to moor in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii after a 79-day Operation Blue Pacific patrol, April 9, 2024. The cutter and crew made port calls in American Samoa, Samoa, Fiji, Vanuatu, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Marshall Islands working alongside Pacific Island nations to forge and advance relationships with like-minded allies and partners who share a common vision for maritime governance.
