A Kaiserslautern High School students participates in a buzzed driving simulation during an Alcohol Awareness Month activity hosted by the 7th Mission Support Command, Monday, April 8, 2024 at Kaiserslautern High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Mr. Lathan Newkirk, the command's Army Substance Abuse Program manager hosted this event in an effort to educate students on the risks associated with alcohol consumption and to expand the command's mentorship program and partnership with Kaiserslautern High School, providing education, training, and resources to students and their families.
The 7th Mission Support Command is America's Army Reserve presence in Europe. With 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment support for U.S. Army Europe and Africa missions across the theater.
