Lt. Col. Andrew Garcia the fourth, chief of staff logistics, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, gives opening remarks before starting the third day of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command Inaugural Logistics Conference, April 10, at the Armstrong Club, Vogelweh Military Complex. The conference covered a variety of topics to include Global Combat Support System – Army [GCSS-A], the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road [ADR], and intended to provide leaders at all levels with practical tools, knowledge of force enablers and the ability to increase the efficiency of their organizational logistics programs.
