SUITLAND, Md. (Apr 7, 2024) Navy Reserve Capt. Mark Overstreet (right) salutes Navy Reserve Cmdr. Michael DeMartino during a change of command ceremony for the Office of Naval Intelligence Navy Reserve Kennedy Maritime Analysis Center Headquarters at the National Maritime Intelligence Center on April 7, 2024. Overstreet relieved DeMartino as the commanding officer of NR KMAC HQ.
