U.S. Army and multinational Soldiers deployed to Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania participated in the Air Assault course hosted by the The Sabalauski Air Assault School and 101st Airborne Division 2-12 Apr. 2024. The Air Assault course creates a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of multipurpose transportation and assault missions after successfully completing a confidence course, physical challenges, written tests, demonstrating proficiency in sling load procedures, and rappel operations.
