Brig. Gen. David May, Wisconsin’s deputy adjutant general for Air, speaks during an April 2 kickoff event commemorating Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month in the Wisconsin National Guard. As part of the event, a proclamation was read aloud and a large copy of the proclamation was signed. The theme for this year’s campaign is “Forging Forward with Change” and reflects the work required to cultivate a culture in which everyone plays an active role in identifying and preventing sexual misconduct.
